Stress Management Planning: Receive assistance for developing a personal plan for reducing and managing the stress in your life. Through education and practice, stress management planning includes various strategies and tools including breathwork, meditation, guided imagery, progressive relaxation, self-hypnosis and other practical tools.
Core Belief Work: Part of the human dynamic is to accumulate negative fixed unconscious beliefs about ourselves. The most common are "I'm not worthy" and "I'm not good enough." This guided process sources the origins of these deeply held beliefs that may effect all areas of life. When raised to the conscious level, these beliefs can be considered objectively, processed and released.
